And here are my 7 links…

Most Beautiful Post

He’s Finally Here!

This is the post in which I was finally able to announce the healthy birth of my 2nd son, Kyle. I think it’s beautiful not only because he can go back and read what his mamma was writing and feeling around the time he was born, but also because I was in early labor with him for 4 solid days, and was really ready for him to be born. The joy of finally meeting him and the relief of Kyle finally entering the world is a feeling that can’t be described!

 Most Popular Post

Proud to be a Do-Follow Blog

This is by far my most popular post – according to how many times its been viewed. In this post, I explain how to give your commenters a little link-love for commenting on your blog.

Most Controversial Post

Apples vs. Oranges – Mac vs. PC

I seriously think I pissed off some Mac users with this one…even though I am a Team Mac person myself!

Most Helpful Post

Caution – Under Construction

When I wrote this post, the idea was to get my own goals down in writing, but also to maybe help inspire other people to make some difficult, but necessary changes.

A Post Whose Success Surprised You

Five-year-old Boys are Just Frickin’ Weird!

I seriously just wrote this because when he’s older I want him to see what a riot he is at this age!

A Post that Didn’t Get the Attention it Deserved

Husbands and Selective Hearing

I had seriously just started blogging and didn’t have a following yet…I just thought this post was hysterical, and thought it was a shame that it wasn’t more popular.

Post I am Most Proud Of

A Dying Art

I love this post. Reading this I can actually smell the wood-chips, and I miss woodcarving tremendously!

And here are my nominees…

Lauren Gill – although she won’t even know she was nominated until after the 11th…the lucky brat is at Disney World right now!

Jayme – She is fast becoming among my favorite bloggers!

Small Town Mommy – I love Small Town Mommy and have been reading her blog for quite a while.

Susan – over at Cirque du Mot

Kriss – at Art Interrupted, her crafts are beautiful, and she’s a great teacher, too!

I can’t believe I passed this up the first time!

Today I received a second private message from one of my followers on Twitter – Maria over at Flair by MariaS. Here’s what it looked like…

Since this was the second time Maria invited me, I became intrigued. (It also helped that one of our writers – Nicole – over at Off the Deep End mentioned that Triberr is the latest and greatest blog promotion tool.)

So, I accepted the invitation, and holy crap…I cannot believe I didn’t accept the first one!

Here’s how it works…

  • You have to be invited.
  • You have to have a Twitter account.
  • Once you accept the invite, you need to link your RSS feed to your account.
  • Blog just like you normally would.

Your blog posts are then linked automatically to Triberr and all your Tribe members automatically tweet your posts to all their followers. That is just awesome with a side of awesome sauce! Even better – it’s totally free!

After joining, I went on to read Maria’s blog post about how she found out about Triberr, and read this…

Earlier today, as I was reading through my favorite blogs, I noticed an article by Miranda from Moms Bookshelf & More describing how in only 2 days she had 62 new mentions on Twitter, 16 new Twitter followers, 26 new Blog followers and over 700 views.   And I kept reading her post because as a blogger we are always looking for ways to increase our following, right?  And I was hooked!

My brain pretty much exploded when I read that!

So, if you’d like to join my tribe, leave me a comment or tweet at me, and I’ll send you an invite as soon as I can! Oh, and be sure to check out this article Maria was kind enough to link to!
