My siblings. Well, since I’m adopted, technically I don’t have any, lol. However, since I grew up with a younger sister (and she really is my sister…I was messing with you about technically not having any! Wait – I was serious about being adopted, but I was already adopted when she was born.), then suddenly found myself with half-sister, two step-sisters, and a step-brother as an adult, I’ll tell you a little about them.

My little sister is 34, and gave birth to her daughter a month-to-the-day before I had Connor (she’s 5, for those of you who don’t already know that). She has a pretty house, a good marriage, and a boxer named Brody (who is probably the most annoying dog on the planet!). She also is lucky enough to have every mom’s dream job. She’s an executive assistant who also handles the company’s event planning and some of their marketing. Three days a week, she gets to work at home, and she goes to the office the other two.

My adoptive father passed away when I was 16 after battling a terminal brain tumor for six years. In 2000, my mother re-married, exactly a month after I got married. I can tell you, it was downright bizarre to suddenly find myself with additional siblings as an adult.

My step-sister Vicky is married and has three young boys all under the age of 7. She’s also a nurse.

My step-sister Stacy is married with two boys under the age of 9. Her oldest plays baseball, and his team just won the state championship. Go Sean!!!

My step-brother Ben is married and has two of the only three girls in the family. He owns a chain of car detailing businesses and also runs a web-based shopping portal from home.

I met my half-sister for the first time 4 years ago. She’s a massage therapist, and is one of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. If I remember correctly, she’s ten years younger than I am.

So, that’s it in a nutshell. (I don’t dare say more because I could get in trouble! LOL)

#23 – Give Pictures of Five Guys Who are Famous Who You Find Attractive.

Alright…I am extremely picky, so this one’s gonna be tough. Although, maybe I’ll include two who have since fallen from grace in their “before-they-were-a-holes” state…

Hugh Jackman is my #1, I think because he’s so versatile…did you know he’s also a Broadway actor who sings and dances?

I just saw Josh Duhamel in “Life as We Know It”, and have no idea why I never noticed him before.

I have had a thing for John Cusack since I was in high school. He just seems to keep getting better with age!

Don’t get me wrong, I only have the hots for the Mel Gibson that existed before he became a total nut-job!

Brad Pitt. What a waste of a gorgeous man! He wouldn’t have ended up on my “before they were” list if it wasn’t for the fact that he thinks we’re so stupid that we believe him when he says nothing happened with Angelina when they were working on “Mr. & Mrs. Smith”.

#24 – My Favorite Movie & What It’s About.

Honestly, I don’t have a favorite movie. I am somewhat of a movie “collector”…not that I go out and buy movies a lot, just that I love a ton of them, and my favorite changes depending on the mood I’m in. I’ll give you a few that rank on my “watch-whenever-they’re-on” list.

  • Titanic
  • Steel Magnolias
  • Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood
  • Mamma Mia
  • Say Anything
  • The Notebook
  • Dear John
  • Goodfellas
  • Interview with a Vampire

There are a ton more, but that’s all I can think of right now, lol. Don’t worry…not all the movies I love are “girly” movies. Braveheart, Transformers, The Gladiator, Troy, and a ton of guy movies rank right up there too.
